Claims (1)
- 矩形波状の励磁電流を励磁コイルに供給する励
磁回路部と、励磁信号に同期したタイミングで変
換回路出力をサンプリングして取り出す測定回路
部とを備えた矩形波電流励磁方式の電磁流量計に
おいて、励磁回路部は、パルスジエネレータと、
このパルスジエネレータからのパルス電流を矩形
波状の励磁電流に変換する励磁波形発生回路とを
有し、励磁波形発生回路は、上記パルス電流の供
給線に挿入された少なくとも１個の発光素子を含
み、この発光素子とこれに対応する受光素子とか
らなるフオトカプラの出力をサンプリングパルス
として測定回路部に送出するようにしたことを特
徴とする電磁流量計。
