As a result, a Portland cement (M) mortar composition containing a composition A having a specific composition and an aggregate B can be made into a ceramic tile-like mortar composition by simply molding it into a mold, even though it is an unfired product. It is a ceramic-like product that has an attractive surface gloss, exhibits excellent hardness, reduced water absorption, and has satisfactory physical properties such as strength, acid resistance, heat resistance, and weather resistance. discovered that it is possible to form unfired building materials.

According to the research conducted by the present inventors, the ceramic-like unfired building material can be easily manufactured using the same method as mold-molded cured products of ordinary mortar compositions, so it is easier to manufacture than ceramic building materials. There is an advantage in that it can be provided easily and inexpensively in terms of legacy work, equipment, and price, but ceramic tiles have the advantage of being able to provide large products and complicated shapes that are inevitably more complicated and expensive. It has been found that this product also has the advantage of being industrially extremely easy and inexpensive to manufacture.

Furthermore, because it is possible to provide a molded product that is freely colored in a desired color simply by blending an appropriate pigment, there is no restriction on the change in color due to firing, as is the case with ceramic building materials. , furthermore, strength and unit volume weight, etc.
If necessary, change as desired within the range of y4KK
It was found that α also has advantages, such as being easy to use, and it is also possible to select and change the strength and weight depending on the purpose of use as a building material.

00 Heavy Plate Part In the above composition, if the amount of (1) Portland cement is outside the above range and is too small, the physical properties such as compressive strength and bending strength will noticeably decrease; Since a decrease in any of substances (2) to (6) causes an adverse effect, it should be appropriately selected within the above range. In addition, in the above composition A, if the amount of the component (2) is too small apart from the binary ff117fl, the specular reflectance tends to decrease, and if it is too large, the amount of the component (2) ) The reduction of any one of (3) to (6) will cause inconvenience, so it is appropriately selected within the above range.

Furthermore, in the above composition A, if the amount of component (3) is too small outside the above range, the decrease in hardness will be particularly noticeable, or it will be too large. In this case, an adverse effect occurs due to a decrease in components other than the component (3) of the composition (3). Therefore, -2 is selected as appropriate within the above range. Furthermore, in the above composition A, if the amount of fireflies in component (4) is too small outside the above range, there will be disadvantages such as increased water absorption and decreased antifoaming properties, and if it is too large, (4) Since there is a disadvantage associated with the reduction of components other than the component, the amount is appropriately selected within the above range.

Furthermore, in the mud composition A, it is preferable that the component (5) coexists in approximately the same amount as the component (4) in the composition A;
Amounts outside the above range tend to cause disadvantages similar to those of component (4). Moreover, in the above composition A, (6)
If the amount of the component is outside the above range and is too small, the curing time will be extremely slow, which is a practical disadvantage; if it is too large,
The curing time becomes too fast, causing problems in fabrication,
Since disadvantages may arise due to a decrease in other components, it is preferable to appropriately select the amount within the above range.

Furthermore, do these components (1) to (6) work together to contribute to the combination of excellent properties of the ceramic tile-like Portland cement-based unfired building material of the present invention? Although it is not possible to unambiguously explain the effects of these components because they both support and support each other, there are three options within the range of each of the components listed above. The composition can be easily selected and set experimentally in advance.

In the present invention, the mortar composition comprises composition A as described above and about 1 to about 4 i.
Contains aggregate B. As such aggregate B, various aggregates commonly used in mortar compositions can be used, and any natural or artificial aggregates can be used. In addition to ordinary aggregates, lightweight aggregates can also be used to carry out heavy-duty fft 1jlffi of the ceramic tile-like green building materials of the present invention. Such aggregates themselves are well known and can be used in the present invention. Examples include compacted aggregate mainly composed of expanded shale, fly ash, lightweight aggregate mixed with blast furnace water slag, perlite (artificial light aggregate), volcanic ash (natural wild silk aggregate), etc. In addition to these, river sand, The weight M of the ceramic tile-like unfired building material of the present invention can be adjusted by appropriately mixing general bone phase such as crushed stone.

In the present invention, the mortar composition may further contain additive components. Examples of such additive components include coloring agents such as pigments, mineral fibers such as stools, rock wool, and the like. The amount added can be changed as appropriate as long as it does not adversely affect the excellent surface light σ (and physical properties) of the ceramic tile-like unfired building material of the present invention. 5 to about 5.0% by weight of colorant, about 0.0% by weight of colorant;
Examples include amounts such as 5 to about 3% by weight mineral fibers. The inclusion of mineral aH1 helps improve the bending strength. At that time, it is acceptable to add more than about 3% by weight, but since this does not further improve the bending strength, it is sufficient to add up to about 3% by weight.
