本発明により設けられたスイッチであり、第2図に示す
ように、アクセルペダル4が2点鎖線に示すように踏み
込まれた(オン)時にはアクセルペダル4と共に動くス
イッチ3の可動接点3aは固定接点3bから離れ、実線
で示すように非操作時にはスイッチ3の可動接点3aが

を踏み込んだ時点から制動灯を点灯させる場合に比較し
、後続の自動車の運転者は、いち早く先行車の制動を知
ることができ、追突等の事故を未然に防止することがで

ができ、追突等の事故の発生を未然に防止することがで
