Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent generation of short-circuit and to improve the reliability by winding an insulation wire preventing the short-circuit with the wire to a wire wound part of a core chip and inserting the insulation wire between the core chip and the wire. CONSTITUTION:A couple of cores 2a, 2b made of a single crystal ferrite of a magnetic head 11 are stuck and incorporated to a magnetic head 11 by a glass 3, an insulation wire 12 is wound on a wire wound part (m) of a core chip 1 forming a magnetic gap (g) to the top end face from one of the cores 2a, 2b to the other while utilizing a through hole 4 and a wire 5 is wound by a prescribed number of turns from one of the cores 2a, 2b to the other similarly. The insulation wire 12 is wound on the wire wounding part (b) of the core chip 1 and the winding work of the insulation wire 12 to the core chip 1 is executed similarly as the winding work wounding the wire 5 to the core chip 1. The insulation wire 12 wound in this case is wound to the entire wire wound part (m) wound by the wire 5 without any gap and the start of turn and the end of turn of the wire 12 are stuck to the core chip 1 by a proper means.

… Force (”°) is applied. According to the calculation, when winding the wire rod (5) to the core chip (1), as shown in Fig. The wire (5) may be rubbed by the edge part (a) (a)- of the wire (5), and the insulating film such as urethane resin covering the core wire of the wire (5) may peel off, and the exposed core wire of the wire (5) may peel off. There was a problem in that the core chip (1) came into contact with the surface (particularly the machining/notch part (a)), resulting in a short-circuit failure.

The present invention has been proposed in view of the above-mentioned problems, and the technical means for solving this problem is to attach a wire to a core chain 7 which is made by joining and integrating a pair of cores. In the wound device, an insulating wire for preventing short circuit with the wire is wound around the wire-wrapped portion of the core chip and interposed between the core chip and the wire.

According to the present invention, the insulating wire is wound around the winding portion of the core chip, so that the insulating film of the wire is not peeled off due to friction between the wire and the edge portion of the core chip when the wire is wound. Also, since the insulating wire is interposed between the exposed core wire of the wire and the surface of the core chip, the insulation properties of the wire are maintained.

An embodiment of a magnetic head according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3. FIG. However, the same parts as those of the magnetic head shown in FIGS. 4 to 6 are given the same reference numerals, and the explanation thereof will be omitted. The magnetic head (11) shown in Fig. 1, like conventional magnetic heads, has a pair of cores (2a) and (2b) made of single-crystal ferrite, etc., bonded together with glass (3), and has a magnetic head on the top end surface. A core (2a) is formed by inserting an insulating wire (12) into the wire winding portion (m) of the core chip (1) with a gap (g) formed therein using the through hole (4).
After winding the wire rod (2b) from one side to the other,

The insulating wire (12) is wound around the core chip (1), but the work of winding the insulating wire (12) around the core chip (1) is the same as the winding work of winding the wire (5) around the core chip (1). The same is done. However, the wrapped insulating wire (12) is
5), the insulating wire (12) is wound over the entire area of the wire winding part (rn) without any gaps, and the winding start end and winding end of the insulating wire (12) are attached to the core chip (1) by an appropriate means.

As in the present invention, by winding an insulating wire around the wire-wrapped portion of the core chip, even if the insulating film of the wire rubs and peels off at the edge of the core chip, it will not overlap with the core of the wire. It is possible to prevent a short circuit between the core chip and the surface of the core chip, and a highly reliable magnetic head can be provided.
