力が加えられてもコイル部品との接続部に外力が加えら
れて断線することが無いようなものを提供しようとする

の保持基板1に第2図に示すように外部引出用リード線
4および゛その芯線5を透孔2.小孔3に組込んで保持
基板1の片面に粘着テープ6を貼付けて構成し、これを
第3図に示すようにコイルボビン7に巻線を施して構成
したコイル8の外周面に粘着テープ9で固着し、コイル
8の引出線10と芯線5とを巻付け、半田付けにより接
続して利用しているが、外部引出用リード線4にa、l
)、c方向の回転や引張りなどの外力が加えられると、
芯線5とコイル引出線10との接続部がd、e方向に動
き、第4図の拡大図で示すコイル引出線10の根元A部
付近で断線するものであった。
