置に用いられるコアに磁束を供給、する導線が巻かれる
磁気ヘッド用ボビン及びその磁気ヘッド用ボビンを装着

第6図は従来の磁気ヘッド用ボビンとコアを示す側面図
及び上面図であり、第5図及び第6図において5は複数
のレールが形成され、スライダーを兼用したコア、6は
C型のコアであり、このコア6には磁気ヘッド用ボビン
が取り付けられる。7は磁気ギャップとなる非磁性層、
8は接着ガラスである。ボビン1はコア6の巻線部にコ
ア5のレールに垂直な方向から挿入されている。この時
コア6の巻線部を側板2b、2cによって挟む様に取り
付けられる。第4図に示す側板2b、2cの窩さBは第
6図に示すコア6の幅Cよりもやや高くなっており、コ
ア6は底板2a及び側板2b、2cによって構成される
溝に完全に収納される。その後に接着剤によってボビン
1をコア6に接着する。そして最後にボビン1に導線を

発明が解決しようとする課題
ボビン1は一般に可とう性を持つ合成樹脂等で構成して

。又ボビン1が取り付けられるコア6も寸法のばらつき
がある。従来の構成ではボビンlのつば3,4に垂直な
方向の寸法を予めコアの巻線部の長さDに等しくなる様
に設計しておくと、コア6に装着できないボビン1が数
多く出来てしまう事があった。従って巻線部の長さDよ
りもボビン1のつば3,4に垂直方向の寸法を短かめに
設計し、ボビン1が余裕をもって巻線部に取り付けられ
る様にしていた。このため、従来はつば3,4と内端面
6aの間には隙間が生じ、外力がつば3,4に加わった
場合に、ボビン1が巻線部に沿ってコア6上を滑らない
様に接着剤でボビン1をコア6に接着しなければならな

体がずれる様に外力が加わって、上記型なり部分が脹ら
もうとしても、締め付ける力によって阻害されるので二
