Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the workability and the number of times of winding by providing a groove for inserting a core of a pair of bobbin half bodies provided with a collar on one end of a winding part, thinning an abutting part of the tip of the winding part as it goes to the tip, and setting the length of the bobbin to the same as length of a winding part of the core. CONSTITUTION:On one end of a winding part 10 of a bobbin half body 9, a collar 11 is provided, and on a side plate 10be being vertical to an edge of a bottom plate 10a and the outside periphery of an end part of the side plate 10b, an inclined surface 10c is provided. On the collar 11, a notch 11a is provided. A bobbin half body 12 is constituted in almost the same way and an inclined surface 13a is provided on the inside peripheral surface of a winding part 13. Subsequently, the half bodies 9, 12 are inserted into a core 16 and the collars 11, 14 are allowed to abut on an inside end face 16a, and a lead wire 17 is wound around the winding parts 10, 13. By clamping force and abutting of each inclined surface, two bobbin half bodies are not shifted. Accordingly, it is made unnecessary to fix the bobbin to the core with an adhesive agent, and the workability is improved. Since there is no clearance between the collar and the inside end face of the core and the bobbin is fixed, the number of windings is improved.

A method of attaching the magnetic head bobbin constructed as described above will be explained with reference to FIGS. 5 and 6. 5 and 6 are a side view and a top view showing a conventional magnetic head bobbin and core. In FIGS. 5 and 6, 5 is a core on which a plurality of rails are formed and also serves as a slider; is a C-shaped core, and a magnetic head bobbin is attached to this core 6. 7 is a nonmagnetic layer that becomes a magnetic gap;
8 is adhesive glass. The bobbin 1 is inserted into the winding portion of the core 6 from a direction perpendicular to the rails of the core 5. At this time, the core 6 is attached so that the winding portion is sandwiched between the side plates 2b and 2c. The width B of the side plates 2b and 2c shown in FIG. 4 is slightly higher than the width C of the core 6 shown in FIG. It will be stored. Thereafter, the bobbin 1 is bonded to the core 6 with an adhesive. Finally, I wrapped the conductor wire around bobbin 1.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention Since the bobbin 1 is generally made of flexible synthetic resin or the like, there are large variations in dimensions when finished. Further, the core 6 to which the bobbin 1 is attached also has variations in size. In the conventional configuration, if the dimension of the bobbin L in the direction perpendicular to the ribs 3 and 4 is designed in advance to be equal to the length D of the winding portion of the core, many bobbins 1 cannot be attached to the core 6. I had to put it away. Therefore, the dimension in the direction perpendicular to the collars 3 and 4 of the bobbin 1 is designed to be shorter than the length D of the winding part, so that the bobbin 1 can be attached to the winding part with a margin. For this reason, in the past, a gap was created between the collars 3, 4 and the inner end surface 6a to prevent the bobbin 1 from slipping on the core 6 along the windings when an external force was applied to the collars 3, 4. I had to glue the bobbin 1 to the core 6 with adhesive.

Therefore, since it is necessary to wait for the adhesive to dry, productivity cannot be improved. Furthermore, since the length of the bobbin 1 had to be made shorter than the dimensions of the winding portion for the aforementioned reason, the winding area of the conducting wire was lost accordingly.

Embodiment FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a bobbin for a magnetic head in an embodiment of the present invention. 9 is a bobbin half, bobbin half 9
is composed of a winding part 10 and a collar 11 provided at one end of the winding part 10. The winding part 10 has a bottom plate 10a and a bottom plate 1.
Two side plates 10 erected perpendicularly to the longitudinal edges of 0a
It is composed of b. Also, the bottom plate 10a and the side plate 10
An inclined surface 10c is provided on the outer periphery of the end portion b where the collar 11 is not provided. This inclined surface 10C is formed such that the thickness of the bottom plate 10a and the side plates 10b becomes thinner toward the end. Furthermore, the collar 11 is provided with a notch 11a into which the core is inserted. 12 is a bobbin half body, and the bobbin half body 12 has the same structure as the bobbin half body 9. That is, the bobbin half 12 has a structure in which a collar 14 is joined to one end of a winding portion 13, and the collar 14 is provided with a notch 14a. These structures are the same as the bobbin half 9, but the locations where the inclined surfaces are provided are different. The bobbin half 9 was formed on the outer peripheral surface of the winding part 10, but the bobbin half 12 is provided with an inclined surface 13a on the inner peripheral surface of the winding part 13.

A method of attaching the magnetic head bobbin of this embodiment constructed as described above to the core will be explained with reference to FIGS. 2 and 3.

First, as shown in FIG. 2, the bobbin halves 9 and 12 are respectively inserted into the winding portion of the core 16, and the collars 11, 14, . Slide the bobbin halves 9 and 12 until they come into contact. Next, as shown in Figure 3, the winding section 10.13
Wrap the conductor 17 around. The winding 10.13 is then tightened by the conductor 17. Therefore bobbin half 9.1
2 moves in the directions of arrows M and N shown in FIG.

Therefore, even if an external force is applied to the bobbin halves 9 and 12 in the directions of arrows M and N shown in FIG. 3, respectively, the external force will not cause the bobbin halves 9 and 12 to move in the direction in which the external force is applied. The reason for this is that when the bobbin halves 9 and 12 try to move in the directions of arrows M and N shown in FIG.
The abutting portion between 0c and the inclined surface 13a slides and the abutting portion tries to swell, but since it is tightened by the conducting wire 17, it cannot swell. Therefore, the bobbin halves 9 and 12 do not move.

Even if two such bobbin halves are used as a bobbin, the same effects as in the above embodiment can be obtained. Also, since only one type of parts is required, the workability of the bobbin installation process is improved.

As described above, according to this embodiment, the bobbin is divided into bobbin halves 9 and 1.
2, and attach the bobbin halves 9 and 12 so that the collars 11 and 14 are in contact with the inner end surface of the core.
By winding the conducting wire 17 around the overlapping portion of the bobbin halves 9 and 12, the length of the bobbin halves 9 and 12 is short (it will not shift even if an external force is applied in the direction of the bobbin). Therefore, the bobbin can be fixed to the core without adhesive. Since there is no gap between the inner end surface and the collar, the number of turns of the wire can be increased compared to the conventional method.

Effects of the Invention The present invention provides a groove for inserting the cores of a pair of bobbin halves each having a flange at one end of the winding part, and joins the bobbin halves so that the winding parts overlap, and the winding part at the tip of the winding part By slanting the abutting part so that it becomes thinner toward the tip, the bobbin can be made to have the same length as the winding part of the core, and by winding the conductor around the winding part, The conductor tightens the overlapping portion of the two bobbin halves, and the tightening force causes the sloped surfaces to come into contact with each other, so even if an external force is applied to shift the bobbin halves and the molded portion tries to swell, , the two bobbin halves do not shift because they are hindered by the tightening force.

Therefore, it is possible to prevent the bobbin from moving due to external force because the length of the bobbin is shorter than the winding area of the core, unlike in the past, and there is no need to fix the bobbin to the core with adhesive, improving workability. can increase productivity. Also, since the bobbin is fixed so that there is no gap between the collar and the inner end surface of the core, the number of turns of the winding wire can be increased compared to the conventional method.
