Claims

A magnetic head for recording and reproducing that forms a closed magnetic path with two magnetic cores made of a soft magnetic material and whose tips abut against each other to form a magnetic gap, and a back core that contacts the rear end of the magnetic core at both ends, prismatic claws are formed of an insulating material at intervals equal to the thickness of the magnetic core in the direction from the inner edge to the outer edge of the collar at both ends, and at least one of the four sides of the winding portion around which the coil is wound. The magnetic head is formed by opening the above, inserting the back core into the winding frame, insulating the winding portion and winding the coil, and clamping and fixing the magnetic core between the pawl and the bank core.
