縁物とを重ね合せて所定回数巻回してなる変圧器用コイ
ルにおいて、前記シート状導体の両端部にテープ状の絶
縁物を、その端部をシート状導体の端面から突出させた
状態で配置し、このシート状導体をこれより幅広の層間
絶縁物と共に巻回して素コイルを形成し、この素コイル
両端面より突出する層間絶縁物相互間の間隙に、合成樹
脂を充填して前記テープ状の絶縁物を素コイルの端面に
包埋するようにしたことを特徴とするモールド変圧器用
コイル。In a transformer coil formed by overlapping a sheet-like conductor made of aluminum or copper, etc. and an interlayer insulator and winding the same a predetermined number of times, a tape-like insulator is placed on both ends of the sheet-like conductor, and the ends are wrapped in a sheet-like shape.
