【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は、本考案における一実施例としての２
連歯車ポンプを側断面図によつて示したものであ
り、第２図は、第１図においてケーシング３の部
分から側板４の側を切り離した状態のイイ断面図
を示したものである。 実施例に使用した符号は下記のとおりである。
１：駆動軸、１ａ：ヘリカル歯車、１ｂおよび１
ｃ：歯車、１ｆ：歯、２：被動軸、２ａおよび２
ｂ：歯車、３：ケーシング、４：側板、３ｂおよ
び４ｂ：歯車室、５：中板。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ ケーシングと、該ケーシングに締着した側板
    は歯車室を形成し、 前記ケーシングと前記側板には、駆動軸と、該
    駆動軸と平行に配設した被動軸がそれぞれ嵌合し
    、 前記駆動軸には、ヘリカル歯車が嵌着し、 前記歯車室の軸方向中間には、軸方向への動き
    を自由にした中板を介設することによつて、その
    歯車室における一方の側を第１の歯車室とし、且
    つその歯車室における中板の他方の側を第２の歯
    車室とし、 前記第１の歯車室においては、 ａ：第１の歯車がトルク伝達を可能に前記駆動
    軸へ嵌着し、 ｂ：且つ、該第１の歯車と歯車噛合をしている
    第２の歯車が、前記被動軸に嵌合して、第１の歯
    車ポンプを構成し、 前記第２の歯車室においては、 ａ：第３の歯車が前記駆動軸にトルク伝達を可
    能に嵌合し、 ｂ：且つ、該第３の歯車と歯車噛合をしている
    第４の歯車が、前記被動軸に嵌合して、第２の歯
    車ポンプを構成し、 前記ヘリカル歯車における歯のヘリカル方向は
    、該ヘリカル歯車を駆動したとき、そのヘリカル
    方向によつて生ずるスラストの方向が、前記駆動
    軸を、その軸方向において、前記第１の歯車の側
    から前記中板と反対の側へ附勢する方向となつて
    いる、 以上の構成からなる２連歯車ポンプ。 ２ 中板は、第１の歯車において該中板に対し軸
    方向反対側に形成させているシール面積に比し、
    該第１の歯車と該中板との間におけるシール面積
    が狭くなつた構成となつているものである実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の２連歯車ポンプ。
