Claims (1)
- 駆動発振信号を出力する超音波発振器と； 前
記駆動発振信号を受けて洗浄槽内の洗浄液中へ超
音波を照射する超音波振動板と； を具備する超
音波洗浄機において、前記超音波発振器は基本周
波数およびその奇数倍周波数のいずれの駆動発振
信号をも出力可能な多周波発振器からなり、また
、超音波振動板は少くとも一辺の長さが板厚方向
の共振周波数における１／４波長以上を有し、そ
の板厚は前記共振周波数のほぼ１／２波長の整数
倍の厚さを有することを特徴とする超音波洗浄機
。
