Claims (1)
- 一端を閉じて底面とし、他端を開口とした円筒
の内部を軸方向に数室に仕切り、且つ該仕切り壁
にスリツト若しくは細穴の流通穴を設け、更に底
部室と開口部室にガスの導入及び放出のためのノ
ヅルを設けたことを特徴とする高感度ガス検知器
の試験装置。
