の駆動源との間を連動歯車機構を介して連動連結
すると共に、撹拌バーの回動位置によつて入り切
りされるリミツトスイツチを設けて、前記駆動源
をこのリミツトスイツチによつて交互に正転及び
逆転をさせ、前記撹拌バーをして前記穴の上方位
を除いた位置で交互に正転及び逆転させることに
より、この容器内に投入された麺塊をしてこの撹
拌バーで撹拌し且つ上記穴から容器外へと排泄せ
しめるように構成してある製麺機用の麺塊フイー
ダーにおいて、前記撹拌バーの回転軸とその駆動
源との間を連結している前記連動歯車機構の一部
に、欠歯部を有する従動歯車を用いて、撹拌バー
が前記穴の上を横断する位置では、この従動歯車
の欠歯部で上記回転軸と駆動源間の連動が断たれ
るように構成してあること、を特徴とする製麺機
