Claims (1)
- レーザダイオードにそのコレクタ・エミツタ通
路が直列に接続されてレーザダイオードに駆動電
流を供給するトランジスタと、レーザダイオード
からの光出力の一部を受光する受光素子と、受光
素子出力と設定信号とを比較し、比較結果として
得られる信号を上記トランジスタのベースに負帰
還する比較回路と、上記レーザダイオードに直列
に接続された抵抗と、該抵抗の両端電圧が一定電
圧以上になつたことを検出する過大電流検出回路
と、該過大電流検出回路の出力に応じて動作し上
記レーザダイオードへの供給電流を遮断する遮断
手段と、該過大電流検出回路の出力に応じて警報
動作を行なう警報手段とからなるレーザダイオー
ド光源装置。
