  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) バツクフラツシユ用の切換えバルブにより
    流れの方向が反転されるバツクフラツシユカラム
    を備え、このバツクフラツシユカム内の試料成分
    を前記切換えバルブから抵抗体を経て検出器に導
    くように構成されたガスクロマトグラフイ分離に
    よる炭化水素分析装置において、 前記抵抗体として溶融石英ガラスキヤピラリを
    用いたことを特徴とする炭化水素分析装置。 (2) 溶融石英ガラスキヤピラリは金属パイプに
    収納されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に
    記載の炭化水素分析装置。
