ム、５ａ、 ５ｂ・・・充填剤、６・・・パイプ。
図の装置で、ガス成分を測定した場合のクロマトグラム

Claims (1)
- ガスクロマトグラフ装置に於て、ガス検量管が取付けで
あるキャリヤーガス流路切換弁とガスセンサーの間に第
１のガス分離カラムとガスの検出時間を調整するための
パイプを設けた第２のガス分離カラムを平行に配し、キ
ャリヤーガスを分散させてそれぞれのガス分離カラムに
流入させ第１及び第２のガス分離カラムの出口はガスセ
ンサ一部に連通させることを特徴とするガス検出装置。
