記定圧膨張弁9の設定圧値を前記冷却器4の全負
荷近辺に対応する値に設定するとともに、前記強
制循環管路5における冷水供給始端部の冷水温度
を検出する冷水温検出器11による検出結果に基
づいて前記開閉弁8を開閉制御する制御装置21
