該加圧液体により上記開口部に対向する第２ノズ

筒壁４ａ外面と第２ノズル筒の筒壁６ａ内面との
間に上記開口部５ａと第２ノズル筒のノズル孔開
口部７ａとを連通する吐出路が形成可能に設けた
