内に取付ける際に用いる車載無線機の取付マウントに関

吊シ下げ方式も、異質感のものが吊り下がっている感覚
上スペース上の圧迫感を与えてし才つという問題があっ

ランク内へ取付け、車室内の操作部迄ケーブル接続を行
う方法もあるが、電源ケーブルの布線(通常の車両はバ
ッテリが前部にあり、ケーブル長を必要とする。)及び
トランク無線機体から  ′車室−内操作部への多芯ケ
ーブル布線工事によるケーブルコスト代、工事費等の増
大という問題があった。又どの方式も、マウント取付の
際車両への加工(穴あけ、タッピング加工、ネジ止メ)
を伴う為、更に取付工事を複雑化してしまっていた。

実施例 第1図及び第2図は、本発明の一実施例の構成を示すも
のである。第1図において、1はマウントケースであり
、無線機本体10を収納する。マウントケース1は、放
熱対策の為、対向する側面1a、1bに切欠きを設けた
シ又隣接する側面1c 、 ldの曲げ高さを低くし、
且つICはケーブルの出口にも利用している。又底面に
は複数の空気穴1eが設けられている。2は取付金具を
示し、無線機本体10の上下方向の保持(左右・前後は
、マウントケース1の1a〜1dによる側面で保持)を
L字状に形成された一方の面をネジ100により、マウ
ントケース1に設けられた複数の取付部1fに固定され
る事により、一層強固にすると共に、他方の面に設けら
れた複数のバネ引掛穴2aを有するも−のである。なお
、マウントケース1と取付金具2等により取付マウント
部を構成する。第2図は、第1図の取付マウント部にお
ける両端部にフック(鉤形)を設けた引張りコイルバネ
(以下コイルバネ)3を示す。一方のフック3aは取付
金具2側であり、フックの終端は若干のすきまllを有
し、取付金具2のバネ引掛穴2a側の間隔12と、A’
+〉12の関係を持つ。他方側3bは座席側であり、第
3図に示した座席20のクッション保持金具21に設け
られである複数の空気抜き穴21aに引掛けや。

。上記にてセツティングされたマウントを、座席下部に
持って行き、選定した空気抜き穴21aにコイルバネ3
のフック3bを各々引掛けるだけで4本のコイルバネ3
の張力によシ吊り下げ固定が出き、取付作業が可能とな
る。

、(3)マウント構成簡略によるコストダウン。(4)

ーブル長短縮化によるケーブルコスト代の低減、(5)
、取付時、穴あけ・タッピング加工等の車両への加工省
略による工事の簡便化による工事代の低減が図れる。
