- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 信号伝送経路に複数のダイオードを同一方
向に直列的に介挿しかつ、前記ダイオードの内、
入力側のダイオードの両端と接地間にそれぞれ第
１、第２のシヤントダイオードを挿入し信号伝送
経路に介挿されたダイオードに対し、第１、第２
のシヤントダイオードに逆方向バイアス電圧を印
加したことを特徴とする高周波スイツチング回路
。 (2) 入力側のシヤントダイオードに抵抗を直列
的に接続したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
の範囲第１項記載の高周波スイツチング回路。
