Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 信号伝播のための第１、第２および第３の
線路と、前記第１の線路と前記第３の線路とを結
ぶ第１の半導体スイツチング素子と、前記第２の
線路と前記第３の線路とを結ぶ第２の半導体スイ
ツチング素子と、一端が前記第１の線路と前記第
１の半導体スイツチング素子の接続点に接続され
る第３の半導体スイツチング素子と、一端が前記
第３の半導体スイツチング素子に接続され他端が
接地される第１の抵抗器と、前記第２の線路と前
記第２の半導体スイツチング素子の接続点に接続
される第４の半導体スイツチング素子と、一端が
前記第４の半導体スイツチング素子に接続され他
端が接続される第２の抵抗器と、前記第１と第２
の半導体スイツチング素子を相補的にかつ前記第
３と第４の半導体スイツチング素子を相補的に、
かつ前記第１と第３の半導体スイツチング素子を
相補的に同時に導通・非導通状態に切替える切替
手段とを具備することを特徴とする高周波選択回
路。 (2) 第１・第２の線路は入力信号伝播線路であ
り、第３の線路は出力信号伝播線路であることを
特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載
の高周波選択回路。 (3) 第１・第２の線路は出力信号伝播線路であ
り、第３の線路は入力信号伝播線路であることを
