Claims (1)
- インシユレータに固設した一対の給電端子に、
中央部にエミツタ物質を被着したリボン状カソー
ド発熱体を橋架するものにおいて、上記カソード
発熱体を断面矩形に成形すると共に該矩形下辺部
を両側辺部より一定距離にある点にて上記給電端
子に溶接し、カソード発熱体の中央部を熱的変形
に対して安定化させることを特徴とする直熱型陰
極。
