Claims (1)
- 回転楕円鏡の一方の焦点の位置に光源が配置さ
れ他方の焦点を通るように炉心管が挿通されて、
該炉心管の内部に原料棒を挿入し赤外線集中加熱
により局部的に溶融して結晶成長させる装置にお
いて、前記炉心管は、その一部の溶融帯域部分が
赤外線に対して透明であり両側部分が不透明にな
つていることを特徴とする赤外線集中加熱炉。
