Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to efficiently load a plurality of plate materials successively onto respective racks, by surely and rapidly lowering several racks which are leaped up obliquely upward above a book storing carriage, one by one down to a horizontal position in a mechanical manner so that the racks are associated with a loading conveyer. CONSTITUTION:When the loading of four treads onto a rack 32 is completed, an elevator 83 is elevated while a movable plate 84 is advanced, and a hook holding device 92 is moved as indicated by the two-dot-chain lines, G-H-I-J so that a rod 94a abuts against a hook 32a at the position J. When a spring 96 is depressed, the hook 32a is clamped between upper and lower rods 93a, 94a to hold the rack 32, and a support arm 101 is rotated downward to stand by. Then, the elevator 83 is lowered while the hook holding device 92 is moved along an arcuated locus down to the position K to downward rotate an arm 99 which therefore holds the rack 32 at the position K against the upper surface of a carriage, and a cylinder 91 extends so that the hook holding device 92 is retracted to the position G. Meanwhile, the support arm on standing by is rotated again upward to support stacked racks at the bottom of the latter. Thus, it is possible to efficiently load plate-like materials or the like onto a book storing carriage.

Conventional technology> In general, tire treads are continuously extruded as a strip using a rubber extruder, cut into strips of fixed length one after another, and then cut into a strip that runs intermittently at right angles to the line of the rubber extruder. A plurality of sheets are placed on a conveyor at predetermined intervals and transferred as they are to a loading conveyor provided at the end of this alignment conveyor. The loading conveyor can move up and down according to the height of the horizontally lowered shelf of the storage book cart waiting at the end thereof, and can also move horizontally so as to approach and separate from the shelf. The plurality of tire treads placed on the upper surface are loaded on the shelf all at once by vertical movement, horizontal movement, and belt running.

In this loading process, conventionally, a worker near the storage book cart manually rotates the shelves, which are biased upward to tilt them one by one, to a horizontal position in accordance with the movement of the loading conveyor. The above-mentioned side is pressed down until a plurality of tire treads are unloaded and transferred from the loading conveyor to this shelf. Once the tire tread has been transferred, the weight of the tire tread will no longer cause the above-mentioned side to flip up due to the biasing force of a spring or the like, and the worker will similarly lower the next shelf to a horizontal position.

<Problems to be Solved by the Invention> However, in the conventional loading method described above, unloading of the storage book cart is done manually, and the lowered shelves must be held by hand until the tire treads are transferred. In addition to forcing workers to perform time-consuming and complicated work, there is a high possibility that the timing of unloading the shelves may not match the movement of the loading conveyor, leading to a high possibility that the tire treads will not be loaded properly.

Next, the lifting platform is lowered, the arm is driven in the opposite direction, and the hook holding device moves downward in an arc with the hook inserted, and the above side is rotated to lower it to a horizontal position. . At this time, for example, a loading conveyor carrying a plurality of plate-shaped materials as items to be stored enters above the lowered shelf, and then retreats while running a belt forward to remove the plate-shaped materials. Load on the above side. When the plate-like material is loaded, the weight of the shelf no longer causes the shelf to be lifted up by the biasing force, and the hook holding device disengages from the hook on the side and lifts the lifting platform again and drives the arm to lift the shelf to the next position. Move towards the end of the shelf where you should lower it.

In this way, by repeating the operations (a) to (f) above, four treads are loaded onto the shelves 32 of the storage book cart IO from the bottom, completing the loading of all the shelves. Finally, the storage book cart 10 fully loaded with treads is transported to a chain conveyor 29 installed on a pedestal 28 under the floor at the loading position.
The empty cart is then moved to the ejection position on the rail 30, and then the empty cart is carried in in the same manner, and is positioned at the loading position by a stop positioning device (not shown). On the other hand, the table lifter 12 is operated, the base 13 is lowered, and the bond chain conveyor 9 is lowered to the horizontal holding position of the lowest shelf.

In the above embodiment, the arm 86a of the shelf unloading device 21 is attached to the movable plate 84 and driven horizontally, and also rotated by the air cylinder 91, so that the hook holding device 92 can be moved along the rotation locus of the tip of the shelf 32. This allows for easier circular arc movement in a circle m. Further, the hook holding device 92
is pushed down through the two air cylinders 93 and 94 for holding the hook, the contact plate 95 that fits into the lower air cylinder 94, and the contact temporary 95, and the upper air cylinder 93
Since the groove is functionally formed by the spring 96 that operates the hook 32a of the shelf 32, the hook 32a of the shelf 32 can be reliably fitted into and removed from the hook 32a. Further, since the shelf holding device 97 and the shelf supporting device 98 are provided, it is possible to reliably hold the shelves during loading and to hold the empty shelves stacked diagonally upward.

<Effects of the Invention> As is clear from the above description, the shelf unloading device of the present invention stacks a large number of shelves in the vertical direction, urges each of these columns to tilt upward, and makes them rotatable. A column installed vertically at the loading position l of a storage book cart with one side of each column pivoted on the stand;
A lifting platform is attached to this column and driven up and down, an arm is attached to this lifting platform to be driven horizontally or rotated in a vertical plane, and a two-leg storage book trolley is fixed to the tip of this arm. It consists of a hook holding device that removably engages with the hooks provided in each column, and each column is lowered to a horizontal position, so the many shelves that have jumped up diagonally above the storage book cart can be moved by mechanical force. It can be lowered one by one to a horizontal position accurately and quickly, and can be linked with a loading device such as a loading conveyor, improving the efficiency of loading continuously fed plate materials etc. onto storage book carts. Contribute greatly.
