図面中、０１は帯板、１は工具本体、２は回転
中心軸線、３はチツプ、４，１２，１４は直線状
切刃、５はカツタ、１１は正方形状のスローアウ
エイチツプ、１３は正三角形状のスローアウエイ
チツプである。
