るとともに、上記カツタ本体の先端側に配された
スローアウエイチツプと、上記カツタ本体の基端
側に配されたスローアウエイチツプとが、交互に
着脱自在に装着されてなるスローアウエイ式転削
工具において、上記スローアウエイチツプは、そ
の上面に対向する稜辺部に主切刃を形成するとと
もに、上記主切刃から着座面とされる下面に至る
側面にすくい面を形成した方形の板状をなし、上
記主切刃に沿う上記すくい面を、上記主切刃中央
における上記すくい面間の幅寸法が上記主切刃の
切刃先端と切刃後端とにおける各々の上記すくい
面間の幅寸法より大きくなる凸曲面により形成し
