Claims (1)
- 垂直配置されて動翼を駆動するモータの駆動軸
、この駆動軸の上下を支承する一対の軸受、上記
駆動軸の下部に配置され、上記駆動軸の下端を潤
滑油内に位置させる油タンク、上記駆動軸に上下
に穿設され、上記潤滑油を油タンクから上記一対
の軸受のうち上部の軸受よりも上方で径方向に噴
出させる送油口、上記上部の軸受の上端面よりも
上方で開口し、上記上部の軸受の上方に残留する
余分の上記潤滑油を上記モータ内へ帰還させる油
戻し穴を備えたターボ分子ポンプ。
