式バーナに関する。[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention has a gas permeable catalyst layer inside the burner body facing the rectangular opening, and a gas permeable catalyst layer located inside the catalyst layer. The present invention relates to a catalytic layer combustion type burner that is provided with a heat insulating material layer and configured to burn fuel gas that has passed through the heat insulating material layer and the catalyst layer by the action of the catalyst layer and by external air.

However, when a low oxygen concentration atmosphere is created due to long-term combustion, such as in a naturally ventilated drying room, combustibility deteriorates and sometimes incomplete combustion occurs. In this case, there was a drawback that the combustibility in the central part of the combustion section A deteriorated, especially when the combustion direction A was directed downward.

The purpose is to make the configuration for this purpose easy to manufacture.

なつた。(1) In addition to forcibly supplying combustion air from the slits to the combustion section near the surface of the catalyst layer, the long sides of the rectangular openings are designed to make it easier to uniformly supply the air ejected from the slits to the entire combustion section. By arranging it along almost the entire length of the combustion chamber, a sufficient amount of combustion air can be supplied to the entire combustion section even under a low concentration oxygen atmosphere or even if the combustion section is enlarged or facing downward. Now I can do it reliably and get good combustion.

る。(2) In order to obtain the above effect (1), for example, if a large number of nozzles are installed in parallel along the sides of the opening, the number of assembly steps will increase, or a uniform combustion air supply will not be possible. Although there are drawbacks such as the need for time and effort to arrange the pipe, if a pipe with slits is used, manufacturing is easy and uniform supply can be achieved, making it suitable for practical use.

A breathable catalyst layer 4 is placed inside the catalyst layer 4, and a breathable heat insulating material layer 5 is placed inside the catalyst layer 4.
A perforated plate 6 is provided inside the heat insulating layer 5, so that the combustion air, that is, the fuel gas mixed with external air, is transferred to the catalyst layer 4 only after the heat insulating layer 5 and the catalyst layer 4 are ventilated. It is configured so that it can be combusted.
