トンに磁界発生部材を装着し、該磁界発生部材の
発生する磁界を検出して前記ピストンの位置を検
出するピストン位置検出装置において、 前記シリンダの外部に備えられ、前記磁界発生
部材からの磁界を検出する磁界検出手段と、 該磁界検出手段の検出結果を入力し、その検出
結果が所定時間以上継続した場合のみその検出結
果を出力し、前記所定時間以前にその検出結果が
変化するとき従前の出力を維持する遅延判定手段
と を備えることを特徴とするピストン位置検出装置
。 ２ 前記遅延判定手段が、前記磁界検出手段の検
出結果である所定電圧を入力する積分回路と、該
積分回路の出力を所定基準電圧と比較する比較回
