【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 流体圧作動機器に収納される作動部材の動作
位置を検出する位置検出装置であつて、前記作動
部材に配設される永久磁石による内部磁界および
外部環境による外部磁界に感応され、前記作動部
材の所定の動作位置に配設される第1検出センサ
と、該第1検出センサに前記作動部材の変位方向
に所定の間隔で配設される第2検出センサとを備
え、前記第1検出センサと第2検出センサとの検
出出力の減算処理により前記外部磁界による影響
が互いに打ち消され、前記第1検出センサが誤動
作することなく所定の動作位置が確実に検出され
ることを特徴とする流体圧作動機器の位置検出装
置。 2 前記位置検出装置が外部シールドされ、前記
外部磁界における所定値以上の磁界を遮蔽するこ
とを特徴とする請求項1記載の流体圧作動機器の
位置検出装置。
