分により形成した第１のフラツプと、これに連設
しかつ外側縁に伸縮弾性部材を取り付けた通気防
水性を有する第２のフラツプとからなり、前記第
２のフラツプを内側へ折り返してこれを前側領域
と背側領域とにおいて固定して股下領域の対向側
にポケツト部分を形成してあることを特徴とする
