第２フラツプは表面シートの一部を折り曲げるこ
とにより構成されており、且つ、第２フラツプと
サイドフラツプを構成する表面シート部分が撥水
性であるか、該表面シート部分の裏面に防水性薄
層フイルムを張り合わせることにより液不透過性
としたものであり、且つ表面シートの中央部分は
親水性であり、該親水性の部分と撥水性又は防水
性の部分とが、同一の一体化した素材からなるこ
