の相対変位が不感帯内にあるとき及び不感帯外で

減衰力可変シヨツクアブソーバを低減衰力とする
前記制御信号を、不感帯外で中立位置に近づく方
向へ変位するとき高減衰力とする前記制御信号を
夫々出力する制御手段とを備えたことを特徴とす
