イパスフイルタとを設け、前記制御回路を、前記
ハイパスフイルタの出力信号が所定値以下のとき
、前記ローパスフイルタ出力信号が中立位置に対
して離れる方向に変化するとき減衰力をソフトに
制御し、中立位置に対して近づく方向に変化する
とき減衰力をハードに切換制御し、前記ハイパス
フイルタの出力信号が所定値以上のとき、ハイパ
スフイルタ出力信号が中立位置に近づく方向に変
化するとき減衰力をハードにし、その後所定時間
