Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は梳綿機におけるドツフア上のウエツブ
を剥離する梳綿機のウエツブ剥離装置の改良に関
するものである。

従来、梳綿機におけるドツフア上のウエツブを
剥離する装置としてフライコームがある。しか

化或いは高生産化に対して制約が伴い、しかも振
動及び騒音が発生し、作業環境を著しく阻害する
という欠点がある。また、上記欠点を除去するた
めにローラコーム方式の剥取装置が種々提案され
ているが、これ等はいずれもローラ配列が複雑
で、しかも梳綿機本体のフレームの延長、カレン
ダローラ、コイラピラー等の移設等大巾な改造を
必要とし、設置面積が大となり、価格も大巾に高
くなるという欠点がある。また、修理,保全にお
いても繁雑で、しかも工数が大巾にかかるという
欠点がある。
