【考案の詳細な説明】
本案はフラツトカードにおけるフラツトバーの
長手方向側面に付着する風綿、ハネデユー等を取
り除くと共に付着することを未然に防止するクリ
ーナーに関し、プレーンブロツク１を軸２により
回動可能に取り付けたフラツトカード第２ブラケ
ツト３にホルダー４を有するブラケツト５を取り
付けると共に、このホルダー４にデイスク６を車
軸７により回動自在に取り付け、更にデイスク６
の周縁に穿設した長孔８にガイドバー９及びクリ
ーニングバー１０を一定間隔おきに装設したもの

作用を行わしめることにより風綿等の付着を未然
に防止することを目的とし、フラツトカード第２
ブラケツトプレーンブロツクの上部に常設し、フ
ラツトバーの移動と共にガイドバー９及びクリー
ニングバー１０の連動回転作用によりクリーニン
グ作用を遂行させる様にしたものに係り、上記の
如き構造であるが、その作用効果を詳説するに、
フラツトチエーン１３により移行されるフラツト
バー１２は第２ブラケツトプレーンブロツク１の
部位を通過する際に、その彎曲作用により互いの
間隔が最大に広がるのである。（第３図参照）
さすれば本案クリーナー装置はこのフラツトバ
ー１２相互の間隔が最大に開いた時に、フラツト
バー１２の移行にタイミングを合せてガイドバー
９及びクリーニングバー１０により回動するデイ
スク６に装設されている前記クリーニングバー１
０がその間隙に入り込み、フラツトバー１２の長
手方向側面と摺擦し、この面のクリーニング作用

挿入される為、非常な精度を求められるトツプ針
布１１に触れることなくスムーズなクリーニング
