Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本発明は人工肛門用器具、更に詳しくは、着用者の小孔
周囲領域へ取けけるもので、これにバッグもしくはパウ
チを取外し可能に取付けることができる体側人工肛門用
器具に関する。
従来技術 人工肛門用器具として、バッグのカップリング要素が接
着剤パッドのカップリング要素と掛合し、パッドが着用
者に粘着している器具が仰られている。良好な器具の一
つは、米国特許第４４６０３６３号に示される。
本発明の目的は、人工肛門用器具の割れ目に＜’１便物
がたまるのを実際には完全に回避できなくとも、その機
会を大巾に減少できる人工肛門用器具を提供することで
ある。
本発明は、着用者の／Ｊｓ孔周囲領域へ取付ける人工肛
門用器具であって、皮膚に取付けることができる医療用
接着性物質のパッド、パッドの表面に取付けられる半径
方向に延びるフランジおよびバッグもしくはパウチに取
付けられる対応する第２カップリング要素と連結するよ
うに構成された→ループ状の立上りリブを有するパッド
に固定された第１カップリング要素、ならびに第１カッ
プリング要素の半径方向内側に該要素に隣接して設けた
内側シュート部材から成り、該シュート部材は第１カッ
プリング要素の半径方向内面の全体をカバーする実質的
円筒状の壁と、その一端に、２つのカップリング要素を
連結したときシュート部材を正しい位置に捕捉できるよ
うに設置された半径方向外方に延びるフランジとを有す
ることを特徴とする人工肛門用器具を提供するものであ
る。
本発明は、若干の自明の改変を加えることにより、種々
の人工肛門用器具、特にパッドとパウチのそれぞれにお
いて一対の相互に交換しうるカッ７’ｌｌング要素を有
する器具に適用することができる。
本発明の好ましい実施態様において、第１カップリング
要素はリブを有し、第２カップリング要素は小孔用口を
取囲む溝を有し、シュート部材のフランジは該溝の半径
方回内部壁の端部に損金する位置に設置されている。
本発明は、添付図面を参照して以下に示すその具体例の
記載からより具体的に理解されるであろう。なお、本発
明はこの具体例に制限されるものではない。
第１図は、２つのカップリング要素を合せ、かつシュー
ト部材を含めた状態（バッグもしくはパウチを省略〕を
示す正面図、および 第２図は、２つのカップリング要素およびシュート部材
を示す人工肛門用器具を組立てた状態（バッグもしくは
パウチを輪郭で図示）を示す垂直軸断面図である。
本発明に係る図示の人工肛門用器具は、着用者の小孔周
囲領域へ取付けられるもので、皮膚に取付けることがで
きる医療用接着性物質のパッド２０、第１カップリング
要素２２、およびシュート部材２４を包含する。パッド
２０はその形状が実質的に角形であって、その後部面２
６に剥離しつる保護層を有していてよい。第２図で示さ
れるグロく、パッドには中心小孔用口２８が切取られて
いるが、購入者に売られているような、実質的に連続し
た角形パッチを構成するパッドであってもよい。
カップリング要素２２は、半径方向外方に延びるフラン
ジ３０と該フランジから延びるリブ部材３２から成り、
小孔用口を取巻いている。リブ３２はリム３４および一
体となった屈撓性シール細長片３６を有する。なお、こ
れらの部分の作用についてのより詳しい記載は、米国特
許第４４６０３６３号に開示されている。
第１カップリング要素２２は、第２カップリング要素５
６と協働するようになっている。後者の要素は後述の如
く溝形状を有し、また環状を成して小孔用口を取囲んで
いる。すなわち、第２カップリング要素５６は内側壁５
０、外側壁５２および溝底部５４を有する。人工肛門用
器具の軸を６２で示す。バッグもしくはパウチの輪郭を
６４で示す。バッグ壁６６は中に小孔用口を有し、適当
な方法で、たとえばプラスチック溶着シーム６８によっ
て、第２カップリング要素５６に固定される。
本発明によれば、連結箇所の部分において糞便物がはま
り込む可能性に対しこれを防護するため、シュート部材
２４を設ける。好ましいシュート部材２４は、半径方向
外方に延び、組立てた第１゜第２カップリング要素２２
および５６の下に横たワルフランジ部７０−’）有し、
このフランジ７０は、第２カップリング要素５６の内側
壁５０の中で該壁に隣接して位置する円筒状チューブも
しくはスリーブ部７２と一体となっている。第２図から
最も明確に理解しつるように、シュート部材２４の存在
によって、連結箇所の部分並びにこれによって必然的に
形成される割れ目およびくぼみに糞便物がたまる機会が
完全に防止または大巾に減少される。
【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図および第２図は本発明器具の連結状態の一例を示
す正面図および断面図であって、２０・・・パッド、　
　　２２．５６・・・カップリング要素、　　２４・・
・シュート部材、　　　３０．７０・・・フランジ、　
　３２・・・リブ、　　７２・・・円筒状チューブまた
はスリーブ。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １、着用者の小孔周囲領域へ取付ける人工肛門用器具で
    あつて、皮膚に取付けることができる医療用接着性物質
    のパッド、パッドの表面に取付けられる半径方向に延び
    るフランジおよび、バッグもしくはパウチに取付けられ
    る対応する第２カップリング要素と連結するように構成
    されたループ状の立上りリブを有するパッドに固定され
    た第１カップリング要素、ならびに第１カップリング要
    素の半径方向内側に該要素に隣接して設けた内側シュー
    ト部材から成り、該シュート部材は第１カップリング要
    素の半径方向内面の全体をカバーする実質的円筒状の壁
    と、その一端に、２つのカップリング要素を連結したと
    きシュート部材を正しい位置に捕捉できるように設置さ
    れた半径方向外方に延びるフランジとを有することを特
    徴とする人工肛門用器具。 ２、第１カップリング要素が一体となつた屈撓性シール
    細長片を有し、第２カップリング要素が小孔用口を取囲
    む溝を有し、シュート部材のフランジが該溝の半径方向
    内壁の端部に掛合する位置に設置されている前記第１項
    記載の人工肛門用器具
