本発明はフイルタープレスおよび該フイルター

を増減させることによつて濾過面積を自由に調節
することが出来、大きな濾過面積も容易に得られ
ると言う大きな利点が存在するものであるが、一
方濾過効率が低く、濾過後のケーキの水分含有量
が大きく後処理に手間を要すること、ケーキを濾
布から剥離することが困難であること等の欠点を

本発明は上記従来のフイルタープレスの欠点を
改良し、濾過効率を高めてケーキの水分含有量を
低下させるとともにケーキを濾布から剥離し易く
することを目的とし、フイルタープレスの濾過盤
間の濾布に均一にプレコートするため、濾室内に
直接プレコート管とプレコート排出管とを連絡す

本発明を図に示す一実施例によつて説明すれば

成され、中心には被処理液の導通孔7が設けら

れる。更に濾過盤5には両側面から腕部11が差
出され、腕部11にはコロ12が夫々回転自在に
取付けられ、該コロ12が機枠1のレール4に乗
架することによつて複数個の濾過盤5は機枠1に
摺動自在に並設される。上記複数個の濾過盤5は
前板5A、後板5Bによつて挾持され、前板5A
の中心には導通孔7Aおよび濾液排出孔10Aが
設けられ、後板5Bの上部にはプレコート液の連
通孔8Bが設けられ、前板5Aは側枠2に固定さ
れているが後板5Bは濾過盤5と同様に機枠1に
摺動自在に支持されている。13はバルブ13
A、ポンプ14が介在する被処理液の圧入管であ
り前板5Aの導通孔7Aおよび濾過盤5の導通孔
7、および連通孔8および後板5Bの連通孔8B

成する。濾過工程に先立つて先づプレコートタン
ク17内のプレコート液(被処理液と珪藻土、ベ
ントナイト液の濾過助剤との混合液)をバルブ2
6を開いて連絡管25からポンプ14によつて圧
入管13を介して濾室31A内に導入する。この
際は圧入管13のバルブ13Aは閉じておく。濾
室31A内に導入されたプレコート液は濾室31
A内に導通孔7、および連通孔8を介して行きわ
たり、やがてプレコート排出管15からプレコー
トタンク17に戻される。かくしてプレコート液
は循環せられることによつて撹拌されプレコート
液内に濾過助剤が均一に分散されるが、この時点
でプレコート排出管15のバルブ16を除々に閉
じると濾室31A内のプレコート液には注入圧が
及ぼされるようになり、プレコート液は濾布31
によつて濾過され、濾過助剤の珪藻土などは濾布
上にプレコート皮膜を形成し、濾液は導孔9、濾
液排出孔10から濾液排出管18に至り、バルブ
20Aを開くとプレコート濾液排出管20からプ
レコートタンク17に戻る。かくして濾布31面
は均一にプレコートが行きわたる。次いで連絡管
25のバルブ26を閉じて圧入管13のバルブ1
3Aを開けば濾室31Aには被処理液が圧入され
るようになり、被処理液は濾室31A内において
濾過助剤および濾布31によつて濾過され、濾液
は導孔9を介して濾液排出孔10から濾液排出管
18に至り、バルブ19を開いて排出される。こ
の際はプレコート濾液排出管20のバルブ20A
は閉じておく。濾過が終つたらポンプ14を停止
し、回収管21のバルブ22を開いて、濾室31
内に残存する被処理液をプレコートタンク17内
に回収し、パルプ22を閉じ空気導通管23のバ
ルブ24を開き、圧搾空気を圧入管13を通じて
濾過盤内に送り、濾布31間に蓄積したケーキ内
の液や濾液排出管18内の液を回収する。かくし
て、油圧シリンダ27を後進させ後板5Bを介し
て濾過盤5の圧締めを解放して濾過盤5を開き、
濾布30内に蓄積されたケーキを受けタンク17

プレコートされ、その後行われる濾過工程におい
て濾過効率が向上してケーキの含水率が低下し、
かつケーキはプレコート層を介して濾布面に付着
しており、濾布面から容易に剥離出来る。なおプ
レコートを行えば濾布に目の粗いものを用いても
微濾過が行われ得るので濾布の目詰が起りにくく
