を均一にプレコートすることが出来、したがつて
濾過工程において濾過効率が向上してケーキの含
水率が低下し、かつケーキはプレコート層を介し
て濾布面に付着しているから、濾布面から容易に
剥離出来る。なおプレコートを行えば濾布に目の
粗いものを用いても微濾過が行われ得るので濾布
の目詰が起りにくくなり濾過効率がこの点でも向
上するものである。

れている。即ち濾過盤5の連通孔8Aと後板5B
の連通孔8Bとによつて導液通路8が形成され
る。前板5Aは側枠2に固定されているが後板5
Bは濾過盤5と同様に機枠1に摺動自在に支持さ
れている。13はバルブ13A、ポンプ14が介
在する被処理液の圧入管であり前板5Aの連通孔
7Aを介して連通孔8Aと後板5Bの連通孔8B
とからなる導液通路8に相対して直接的に連絡し
ている。15はバルブ16が介在するプレコート
液排出管であり、プレコートタンク17に連絡

たプレコート液は濾室31A内に連通孔7A、お
よび連通孔8Aおよび連通孔8Bからなるプレコ
ート液通路8を介して行きわたり、やがてプレコ
ート液排出管15からプレコートタンク17に上
記したように濾室31A内の空気をともないなが
ら戻される。かくしてプレコート液は循環せられ
ることによつて攪拌されプレコート液内に濾過助
剤が均一に分散されるが、この時点でプレコート
液排出管15のバルブ16を除々に閉じると濾室
31A内のプレコート液には注入圧が及ぼされる
ようになり、プレコート液は濾布31によつて濾
過され、濾過助剤の珪藻土などは濾布上にプレコ
ート皮膜を形成し、濾液は導孔9、濾液排出孔1
0から濾液排出管18に至り、バルブ20Aを開
くとプレコート濾液排出管20からプレコートタ
ンク17に戻る。かくして濾布31面は均一にプ

過盤内に送り、濾布31間に蓄積したケーキ内の
