Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 紙またはプラスチツクフイルムからなる基
材１の一方の面に無粘着性の非塗工部２を一部に
形成した粘着剤層３が設けられ、他方の面には剥
離剤層４が全面に設けられた片面粘着シートを重
ねて積層６とし、最下層の粘着剤層３′に離型紙
または離型フイルム７を貼付して適当な寸法に裁
断してなる除塵用粘着シートパツド。 (2) 粘着剤層３の厚さが５〜５０μで、粘着力
が１５０ｇ／cm以上である実用新案登録請求の範
囲第１項記載の除塵用粘着シートパツド。 (3) 紙またはプラスチツクフイルムからなる基
材１の剥離剤層４側の面に文字または図柄等の印
刷を施している実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
載の除塵用粘着シートパツド。 (4) 離型紙または離型フイルム７の、積層６に
貼付されない側の面に文字または図柄特の印刷を
施している実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
除塵用粘着シートパツド。
