が１５０ｇ／cm以上である実用新案登録請求の範
囲第１項記載の除塵用粘着シートパツド。 (3) 紙またはプラスチツクフイルムからなる基
材１の剥離剤層４側の面に文字または図柄等の印
刷を施している実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
載の除塵用粘着シートパツド。 (4) 離型紙または離型フイルム７の、積層６に
貼付されない側の面に文字または図柄特の印刷を
施している実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
