Abstract

PURPOSE:To be handled with ease so as to make it possible to be stored in a trunk with the provision of improved durability, water proof, and strength by forming the plural number of divided parts made of FRP. CONSTITUTION:A roof mounting rest 6 is riveted to an embankment of an open car body while being accessed from both the inner and outer sides. And the right and left sides of the roof mounting rest 6 are secured to each of Targa bands 1-A, and 1-B by means of base locks 4, then both of the Targa bands are connected of their upper portions by means of the base lock 4. Subsequently, the upper portion of a rear window 3 is secured to the Targa band by means of connecting locks 5, and its lower portion is secured to the rear portion of the roof mount rest 6 by means of the connecting locks 5. In addition, rear corner walls 2A and 2B are secured to the Targa band 1, the rear window 3, and the mounting rest 6 followed by the installation of a front roof 7. Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 (イ)産業上の利用分野 国外はもとより、我が日本国に於ても、オープンカーの
需要と生産が増えてきているが、これまでオープンカー
には幌、という概念が強かったが、この発明により、幌
であるが為におきるあらゆる問題点を解決し、その利用
範囲は幅広くなる。

(ロ)従来の技術 従来のオープンカーは全てルーフ部分を幌で形成してき

しかし、幌では耐久性(地域によっては2.3年)に乏
しく、又、防水性に欠け、数年使用すると殆どの車両が
雨漏れで悩まされる。ひどいものになると新車から雨漏
れがあり、逆にいうとそれがあたりまえという業者の考
えさえあった。

も多かった。  最近は1丈夫な生地が開発はされてい
るものの、それだけでは問題解決の一端にしかすぎない
、   又、幌の取り付は工事の段階では、かなりベテ
ランの職人が取り付けをしても完全にフィツトする事が
なく、ブカブ力の状態でファッション的にもかなりの問
題が残った。

ター型の段階で水がボデーの外に導かれる様に合わせ目
に段差を設け、なおかつ、全てゴムパツキンでルーフさ
れる。 取り付は金物もストッパー付の強さ調整式であ
る為、完全フィツトする。

過去に一体式のFRPトップがあったが、車に収納する
事も不可能、置く場所にも困る、という事で、結局は廃

装もでき、美しさを損なわなm (ニ)問題点を解決する為の手段 この発明を図面に書いて説明すると、次のとおりである

第一図のルーフ取り付は台6をオープンカーボディ天場
(インナーパネルとアウターパネルの上部の接合部)に
乗せ、内外からリベット止めで固定をする。

まず、ルーフ取り付は台6の左側と、タルガバンド1−

でタルガバンドは一体となり取り付はベースは完了であ

等、いずれもこれまでの幌にはなかった利点が生まれる
