The conventional cleaning method is to make a cleaning solution by diluting a detergent containing a citric acid ester activator and a mineral solvent, etc. with water, spraying this cleaning solution on the vinyl with a power sprayer, and then spraying it with water using a high-pressure washer. A method of spraying and washing with water is known.

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) However, in this conventional cleaning method, the main purpose is to decompose dirt by the chemical action of chemicals in detergents, so after spraying the cleaning liquid, the chemicals act to remove dirt. There was a problem in terms of workability, as it took a long time to disassemble and it was not possible to perform the next washing operation consecutively.
Also, even though the dirt is broken down by the chemical action of chemicals,
It is not effective in removing dirt stuck to vinyl,
The reality is that there is almost no improvement in cleaning effectiveness.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention was invented to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, and its purpose is to remove vinyl by physical polishing with an abrasive material. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for cleaning a vinyl greenhouse that removes dirt.

In this case, the mixing ratio of abrasive material, water, and detergent is 90Q of water.
In contrast, 2400 g of abrasive material and 0.50 g of detergent were mixed well so that the abrasive material and detergent were evenly dispersed in water.

Next, after spraying the polishing liquid onto the vinyl surface as described above, water is sprayed onto the polished vinyl surface using a power sprayer, etc. to eliminate dirt particles adhering to the vinyl and polishing. The cleaning process is completed by rinsing off the remaining materials and detergent.

Therefore, in the cleaning method of this embodiment, since a polishing liquid mixed with a powdered abrasive is sprayed onto the vinyl, the dirt can be removed by a physical polishing operation of scraping off the dirt with the abrasive, and the dirt can be removed from the vinyl surface. It can be cleaned so well that it becomes glossy.

In addition, since dirt can be removed directly by spraying the polishing liquid, washing with water can be carried out immediately after spraying the polishing liquid, eliminating wasted time such as waiting. Work time can be shortened.

In addition, in the example, since a detergent is mixed in the polishing liquid, this detergent can also have a chemical decomposition effect on dirt, making it possible to perform even more effective cleaning. Since the calcium carbide used is also a fertilizer for plants, there is no problem with the polishing solution seeping into the soil due to the washing process. On the contrary, the calcium carbide improves the soil to be suitable for growing plants. It is possible.

For example, as an abrasive material, in addition to calcium carbide, solid materials such as stone, sand, ash, synthetic resin, and light metals can be selected and used, and those that are harmless to the human body and plants can be used. However, the number of meshes is not limited to 80 meshes, and a range of 70 to 120 meshes is considered to be appropriate.
