Claims (1)
- 送油ポンプにより液体燃料を加熱された気化器
に圧送し、気化器内でガス化した気化ガスをノズ
ルの噴出口より噴出してバーナで燃焼させると共
に、前記噴出口を塞ぐニードル弁をノズル内に設
け、さらに、前記燃焼による熱を温風にして器体
外へ送出する温風送風機を有する燃焼制御装置に
おいて、運転停止時に操作する停止指示発生回路
Ａと、前記バーナに形成される燃焼火炎のレベル
と予め設定された燃焼火炎のレベルの所定値との
関係を検知する炎検知回路Ｅと、前記ポンプを駆
動するポンプ駆動回路Ｂと、前記ニードル弁を駆
動するニードル弁駆動回路Ｃと、前記温風送風機
を駆動する送風機駆動回路Ｄ及び制御手段２を有
し、この制御手段２の入力に停止指示発生回路Ａ
と炎検知回路Ｅを接続するとともに、制御手段２
の出力に、ポンプ駆動回路Ｂとニードル弁駆動回
路Ｃと送風機駆動回路Ｄを各接続してなり、停止
指示発生回路Ａを介した運転停止直後にポンプ駆
動回路Ｂ及び送風機駆動回路Ｄを介してポンプ及
び温風送風機を停止させる機構と、ポンプ及び温
風送風機の停止と同時に計数を開始する任意の一
定時間Ｔを計数する時間計数機構と、運転停止後
の燃焼火炎のレベルが前記所定値以下になつた時
点でニードル弁駆動回路Ｃ及び送風機駆動回路Ｄ
を介してニードル弁及び温風送風機を駆動すると
ともに前記一定時間Ｔ経過完了した時点で送風機
駆動回路Ｄを介して温風送風機を停止させる機構
を前記制御手段２に設けたことを特徴とする燃焼
制御装置。
