よシ拡がっていくカップの滑った部分に傷がつく、いわ
ゆるカップマークを製品につけていた。このため、製品
の表面が塗装面、プラスチック或いはアルミ板等の傷つ
きやすい製品の場合はカップ1の材質、形状に非常に注
意を要した。

実施例 以下、本発明の実施例の真空吸着装置について図面を参
照しながら説明する。第1図は本発明の第1の実施例を

れぞれカップ、コネクタ、空気吸引孔であり、従来と同
様な構成である。4はゴム、合成樹脂、紙等の若干の柔
軟性を有する材料により箱状に形成されたスライド板で
あり、その底板と上板部には、それぞれ前記カップ1の
先端部の外径より小さな径の第1および第2の透孔5.
7が設けられている。そして、前記カップ1は第1図に
示すように、例えばその弾性変形を利用して前記第1図
の透孔6より箱状体の内部に挿入され、カップ1の移動
とともに一体的に移動するよう構成されている。上記構
成において、物品を吸着する場合は、第1図すに示すよ
うに前記スライド板4の底板を介して物品6の表面にカ
ップ1を押圧し、吸引する。この吸引動作時に従来と同
様に、カップ1は変形するものであるが、物品6とスラ
イド板4はそのままでカップ1はスライド板4の底板上
に沿って拡がることとなる。従って、スライド板4と物
品6の表面との間 ・およびスライド板とカップとの間
が充分気密性が得られるようスライド板4の材質セよび
表面性を考慮しておけば、吸引力は第1の透孔6を通し
て直接物品6に作用されるものである。
