Claims (1)
- 導体、絶縁層、アース板から成るマイクロスト
リツプラインにおいて、導体の一部に面積の広い
足が形成され、アース板のうち絶縁板を挾んで足
に対応する個所に導体の増加した面積以上の面積
の穴、溝などの切り欠きを形成したことを特徴と
するマイクロストリツプライン。
