Claims (1)
- ストリツプ線路が配線された基板と接地導体と
の間に導体スペーサを介在させて空気間隙を設け
るとともに前記基板上に前記導体スペーサと対応
する形状の接地導体を前記導体スペーサと接続す
る状態で形成した構造を有して成ることを特徴と
する高調波波器。
