Ｃの出力端子と接地間に接続するコンデンサ、Ｒ
……抵抗、Ｘ……圧電振動子。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ＣＭＯＳ―ＩＣの入出力端子に帰還抵抗と
    圧電振動子をそれぞれ接続し、該ＣＭＯＳ―ＩＣ
    の出力端子と接地間にコンデンサを接続してなる
    圧電発振回路において、該ＣＭＯＳ―ＩＣの入力
    端子と接地間に接続するコンデンサの容量が１２
    ｐＦ以下であることを特徴とする圧電発振回路。 (2) 該ＣＭＯＳ―ＩＣの入力端子と接地間にコ
    ンデンサを接続しないことを特徴とする実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項記載の圧電発振回路。
