Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 金属熱伝体に設けた貫通孔内に感熱素子を
挿着した温度センサにおいて、前記金属熱伝体の
前記貫通孔の内部の前記感熱素子のまわりに、絶
縁樹脂を充填したことを特徴とする温度センサ。 (2) 前記感熱素子は、軸方向の両端側からリー
ド線端子を導出すると共に、前記リード線端子を
含む全体を絶縁チユーブで被覆したものでなるこ
とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に
記載の温度センサ。 (3) 前記感熱素子は、サーミスタ素子をガラス
によつて封止した構造のものでなることを特徴と
する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項または第２項
に記載の温度センサ。
