Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 発泡ポリスチレン合成樹脂よりなる帯板状
の芯材１の少なくとも浴室内に露出する側の表面
に、二層押出し成形により該芯材１と同質の合成
樹脂よりなる無発泡の表面被覆層２が形成される
と共に、両側縁に互いに上下反対向きの上方突出
縁部３および下方突出縁部４が延設され、更に上
記突出縁部３，４のいずれか一方の先端に嵌合用
突起５が延設される一方、他方の側縁の対応位置
に前記嵌合用突起５に対応する嵌ぬ用溝６が設け
られ、また上記合成樹脂と相溶性を有する軟質合
成樹脂よりなる帯状のパツキン部材７がその一側
縁の基端部７ａをいずれか一方の前記突出縁部３
，４の重ね合せ面３ａ，４ａに固植することによ
つて長さ方向に沿つて立上り状に設けられてなる
ことを特徴とする浴室用天井板。 (2) 芯材１の発泡倍率は、１．５〜１５倍であ
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の浴室用天
井板。 (3) パツキン部材７は、ポリスチレン系エラス
トマーよりなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
載の浴室用天井板。
