Claims (1)
- 被吸着物と同等径若しくは略同等径の吸着面を
有する吸着パツドに於いて、上記吸着面の外周付
近に環状のリツプ退避溝を設け、該リツプ退避溝
にその先端が上記吸着面より所定量突出する環状
の弾性リツプを設けたことを特徴とする吸着パツ
ド。
